Penelope Quest teaches all levels of traditional Usui Reiki - Reiki 1, Reiki2, Reiki Master/Teacher - as well as advanced courses such as Shinpiden (the Japanese Reiki Master level) for qualified Reiki Masters, and occasional one-day workshops such as Self-Healing with Reiki. In addition she leads weekend Reiki/Shamanic Retreats for those already qualified at either Reiki 2 or Reiki Master. These can be either residential or non-residential, and she uses two beautiful venues for her courses and retreats - Stanton Guildhouse in the Cotswolds, and Caxton House in Lincolnshire.
