STAY SAFE, STAY WELL
The Coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our lives, and I am sending out distant Reiki to the situation, and would encourage all of my past students, and anyone else who has been attuned to Reiki, to do the same.  You can write on a post-it note the following, hold it in your hands and INTEND that Reiki flows into it:
"Let Reiki flow into the situation of the Coronavirus Pandemic all over the world, to bring physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing to everyone involved, from patients suffering from the virus, to all the healthcare and other workers who are helping to bring this situation under control, for the greatest and highest good of all."
Whilst this dreadful situation persists, please send Reiki out 3 times a day for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Wishing you all keep safe and well,
With Reiki blessings.

CORONAVIRUS PRAYER

This Coronavirus Prayer was delivered by Cressida Pryor on Easter Sunday during a Virtual Service (on Zoom) of Cheltenham & Gloucester Unitarians, the church I belong to, and I thought it was something you might all like to share in:

Today we pray for those people who find themselves in financial hardship. For those without work, those who fear being laid off, and those who are anxious about economic matters...

We pray for those who must work, even at risk to themselves. We pray for those in service professions and other jobs we often take for granted...the bin men; those that keep our homes lit with power; who keep the water flowing; the post arriving and the shop shelves full...

Today we pray for those teachers who must find new and creative ways to teach their students and school pupils, and to remain connected to them.

And we pray for the school children and students whose academic progress has been interrupted by the Corona virus. We pray that this time may become a time to appreciate the gift of knowledge.

Today we pray for those medical researchers seeking a vaccine and cure for Covid 19 and other illnesses; that using their inspired wisdom they may discover and find better treatments.

We pray today for all of those in the healing professions who are nurses, doctors and care workers, and other vital hospital staff that they can work safely and find sources of energy, courage and strength.

We pray for our own inner resources, that we can find solace and hope when we wobble, become anxious, fearful and feel alone.  That we learn to live in and enjoy the present moment; taking one day at a time...

And finally our prayers are for all who are suffering through the impact of the virus, both directly and indirectly. For those bereaved; for those struggling with their breathing and those separated from their loved ones...

 Amen, Blessed Be.
